Julian H Posted February 17, 2016 Author Share Posted February 17, 2016 Pleased to say that this evening I managed to get my airbox fitted using the XPower/VVC original bracket and an 8mm spacer on the offside engine mounting. I have around 3-4mm clearance over the clutch cable and about 5mm clearance from the bonnet. Note to anyone scratching their head as to why it is so tight compared to what they may have, Bernard now makes the airbox bigger than it used to be, I understand to facilitate longer trumpets.
