It was a solid state module, using the red start button only, to turn ignition on (press, hold then release) then start the engine (single press). Worked independently of the immobiliser. I sold it on through this forum after a couple of years when refurbishing the car. I don't think it was commercially available, but he sold several to L7C members. Cookie Monster Posted December 15, 2015 Share Posted December 15, 2015 I've still got one fitted on my car - apart from a mod when first fitted without which caused it to fail - its been spot on.I did meet Chris as I visited him to get the mod done - he lived close to where I used to work.
