Ken Marston Posted August 5, 2015 Share Posted August 5, 2015 I have a 1.8 VVC K series R300 which I haven't used it for a couple of months. When it was last used all was OK but today when I drove it there was a misfire under load. On light throttle it is OK, on steady throttle its OK but with hard acceleration the misfire/hesitation appeared.Thanks in advance for any help anyone may be able to giveKen Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

nickh7 Posted August 5, 2015 Share Posted August 5, 2015 Did you wash it before you put it away? If I dont take mine for a run round the block after washing it it plays up next run out. If not it could be either the dizzy cap with a bit of corrosion on the contacts or you leads are breaking down. . Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
