Hydraulic clutch adjustment?

No, the master cylinder and slave should be matched for movement. Clutch wear will just mean the biting point is higher up. The only adjustment is for the clutch pedal stop.

If you find the clutch stops releasing properly with the pedal fully depressed it means the hydraulic system is starting to fail, if your lucky it might be the master, if not it's an engine out job *grumpy*

How do I know this..........

You can't adjust the clutch itself as above, but you can adjust the pedal. There should be a threaded rod into the master cylinder, just like the brake so you can adjust where the pedals sits.
