MrTrilby Posted January 30, 2003 Share Posted January 30, 2003 The MK1 MR2 came in a supercharged flavour. The supercharger being connected via a magnetic clutch. The idea was when you didn't need the power the clutch disconnected, and as soon as you needed power, it kicked in. oilyhands Posted January 31, 2003 Share Posted January 31, 2003 They most certainly wont fit a VVC, the T16 is an entirely different engine, however supercharged and turbocharged K series are now leaving the factory.... at the moment your best bet is to use forged pistons with deeper dishes and shorter rods, QED can supply them.
