jonstock
Hi. I am new to the club - started building a Supersport last Monday. Started the engine today, but can't select any gears - the clutch won't release. I have bled the clutch, but no air bubbles seen. What am I doing wrong? Thanks Jon
Leadership Team Garry7 Posted August 7, 2012 Leadership Team Share Posted August 7, 2012 I had this, frustrating as hell. You dont have enough travel on the pedal probably. Back out the stop as far as you can and see if that helps. If not you will need to adjust the threaded end of the rod coming out of the clutch cylinder in the pedal box, do it 1mm at a time. Make sure you have a spare split pin for when you have it all sorted and put it all back together again. Do not be tempted to remove the stop, sound advice that was given to me by POBC!! Let us know how you get on.

diggerman
Also try some more bleeding. It only takes one tiny bubble to severely reduce the slave cylinder travel. Peter
