a section on their website on how to set up R300 roller barrels but their website is being updated at the moment.

Has anyone got a copy or an alternative link so I can check mine.

Thanks

Here is the blat chat link to the definitive answer. I have done it Minster Style but the best result and figures for a Caterham are from this page of BC....stick it in your serch engine and its easy to do.....http://www.blatchat.com/T.asp?id=56472

Good luck ...mine is running sweet now and no soot in the pipe.

Adjustment screw nearest to engine block is the idle. Centre screw is balance. Other one full open stop.

Balance best possible left bank of two to right bank and then set idle to 950-1000 Rpm and check throttle pot is at 0.45 ohm pins 1&2 with meter on 20 k scale.

Throttle pot adjustment is very sensitive and is achieved by loosening the pot fixing screws and rotating the TPS body. Adjustment is limited and you may need to elongate the TPS holes.
