craigyb Posted June 4, 2010 Share Posted June 4, 2010 During the fantastic day at Dunsfold last Sunday, I noticed my fuel gauge had started to come loose. Stationary M25 Traveller Posted June 4, 2010 Share Posted June 4, 2010 Using the fuel up too fast !!!! 😬 Have you undone the clamp from the rear of the dash to look at the gauge ? Would be nice if it was just this clamp coming loose, making it look like the face was coming loose ? If not, the glass is held in place by the bezel being crimped on to it ..... not an easy fix. I suspect the person who built it tightened the thumb screws too tight, and that was the cause over time. Sounds like a superglue job.
