Myles Posted April 10, 2009 Share Posted April 10, 2009 ...didn't have a drink between 01-Jan and 09-April - until around 6PM yesterday. ...and then drank rather a lot over the course of the evening nattering with mates. ...and had to stay over as a result. ...and is acutely-aware, today, of one of the reasons why I gave it up at the beginning of the year ...and will now go in to work to take my mind off it.
