Tiny Tim
Any opinions on the pro and cons of rubber vs metal tyre valves? Anybody used the flush mounting type as can be seen here? Cheers Tim Seven Goes Mad in Dorset
Dartmoor7
Flush ones are extra hassle every time you check pressures. I've had the silver 'ordinary' ones in that picture on my 7 for several years now, no problems, they're very light. SPW
Tim I had the metal valves on my previous car and no problems. Look much better also. Steve
nickh7
Was told by Garry May that the rubber ones move about during cornering and let air out so was told to fit metal Fuel your Addiction here
