I am intrigued to know how some members are able to embed a url within a word (e.g. "here"),to turn it into a hyperlink to a website?

When you are typing your message, just above the text box there are a series of 'buttons'. Click the one called 'Link', then enter the website that you want to link to, then in the next box type the word that you want to use to describe it (e.g. 'here').
