Servicing/MOT - Newark/Grantham area

My 7 requires an MOT shortly and a post-winter service probably wouldn't go a miss. I've previously used Caterham Midlands but wasn't that impressed last time round to warrant the inconvenience of the trip to Leicester.

 

Anyone aware of any good local garages with experience of 7s worth using in the Newark/Grantham area?

hi, how close to newark are you? i've used my parents local village mechanic for the last two years and it always seems to pass first time. They are 15 mins north of newark. drop us a line if your are interested in a telephone number for him

I used to work in Newark and used Stuart East at Farndon

He did alot of work on my Zetec 7 and always got it MOT'd

He is a general garage though and not a 7 specialist but is a very honest and genuine bloke

I use Beaties on Castlegate in Grantham for MOT. Flat ramp so no nasties with exhast clearence etc. Not asked them for anything else.

Grove Electrical are very sympathetic and have worked on the MGC

 

They are on the Balderton Road heading out to Fernwood

 

Then in Balderton oppsite the Tesco Metor is Julians MoT Emporium or some suh

He passed the Ovlov as well

fairholme race preparation if they are still going, fiskerton, the proprietor, Richard Scrivener, used to do all of the Sebah spanering and it was a caterham approved workshop. i had both my caterhams post builded there.
