Stag Sealant - where do you get it?

Nothing to add to the title really. I am told this is the stuff you need for cylinder head gaskets for pre war cars.

It's a pipe sealant - or used for sealing pipes anyway. Available from good ironmongers (do they exist anymore?) or places like Dixon Halls.

 

Not come across it being used as a head gasket sealant before tho'.
