RAF Museum CosfordWe are pleased to announce a new event for 2026; something to get your blatting season off to a ‘flying start’. The venue is the RAF Museum at Cosford (https://www.rafmuseum.org.uk/midlands/) and takes place on Saturday 18th April 2026 from 10:00 am.
We have secured Qty 50 tickets for that day. So come along, look at some great exhibits and catch up with friends after a long winter. The Museum also has an on-site café, offering a great place to catch up and chat with members old and new. Sadly, there is no opportunity to have dedicated parking on site, so our hope is that cars will arrive at 10 am when the Museum opens, so we can all park together. Parking is £9 per car, payable on the day. Alternatively you can book parking in advance via the Museum’s website.
We have also secured a private ‘Battle of Britain’ tour of the Museum with our own guide. Tour tickets will be available to book through the Club’s website (here) at a cost of £9 per person. Tickets will be collected from a Club Representative on the day at Reception at 12:00 (midday) just before the tour takes place.
Finally, we plan to offer dedicated merchandise for this event, which will be available via the webshop along with the now famous event keyring. Start your 2026 keyring collection here at this first event of the year.
