    30 August 2025 08:30      15:00

The unofficial visit to the Bucklers Hard village and museum in the New Forest from previous years is now an official CL7C event in 2025.
Bucklers Hard is part of the Beaulieu Estate that includes the National Motor Museum. The venue was established in the 18th century as a shipbuilding village and was where ships for Nelson’s navy were built and it also served as a free port for trade with the West Indies
Now, this largely unspoilt village of Georgian cottages running down to the Beaulieu river houses a museum and affords river cruises on the river. There is an eatery on site for the all important Seveners breakfast and plenty more to see besides.
The event will take place on Saturday 30th August, from an 09:30 to 10:00 arrival window to around 16:00 in the afternoon. Tickets are on a per person basis and will admit a driver and car to the event and separately a guest passenger. The price is £15 per head and will admit you to Bucklers Hard, the museum and entitle you to a river cruise.
Please buy your tickets in the Events section of the Store. You will be sent a Bucklers Hard admission ticket from the Club Office in due course along with a windscreen sticker, to identify your car for entry into the venue through a non-public gate and joining instructions for the event.
