The first was at Castle Combe with Motorsport Events. A great sunny day, and an exercise in understanding how much grunt and grip the car really had. I felt like I was really trying, but the tail never came unstuck so there is grip in reserve.

The following week we took the car to Silvertsone with Lotus on Track to drive the GP circuit. Great morning, then biblical wind and rain arrived after lunch and we had to put the hood up for the very first time. The Toyo r888 tyres coped admirably with standing water, I'm just glad we left the screen on and left the aero screen at home.

So ther question is - where next?

We're trying to stay south so it could well be Brands Hatch, but the Indy circuit is a bit short so I'm on the lookout for a GP circuit day.
