  1. Green with yellow stripe crossflow and a blue 1600 parked outside in the sunshine this evening when I came to collect the red Hpc beastie from mot and servicing . Nice to see a few 7's and owners .

    Saw 2 7's on my way to Burghley (in my Purple Purple

    Cerbera) but missed the one there.

    Waved / flashed to both but got no response back.

    Good turn out of 642 TVR's!

    Ian, that must be bigger than the Chatsworth turnout ! Much better venue at Burghley IMHO !

  3. I was very lucky to see one going the other way as I was going to Leicester yesterday 5.30 ish , a red one , made my day , haven't seen one for ages , I was in my z4mc not the 7 unfortunately ! One of my favourite classics the Esprit .
  4. Interesting thread , I need to put my wiper heads back through the holes in the scuttle so I've only got the wipers themselves to put back on for a fast change over , have not put windscreen on for a long while ! 😬
  5. HPC has been confined to the shed for a bit so start her up every week . Yesterdays start up produced a wonderful crack/pop , I wish my z4mc would do that but then its a ' normal ' car ! 😬

    Well, I'm not laughing as I have front mudflaps on mine. When you live in the sticks, surrounded by horses, it's a better option than getting covered in horse ordure every time you venture out.

    Too true . I live in the sticks and its impossible to drive more than half a mile without stuff stuck to the wheel arches ! ☹️

  7. Er , not much really , let me think , er , a small plastic tub with a few bits and bobs , oh yes a spare alternator belt , spare oil pump belt , a few hose clips , that's about it , have never had a problem with my 7 and have been driving her for 7 years at least. 😬

    @bluenose

    Yes I know it should be thin and light, but IMO they are to flexible. When you push a rocker swithc the whole dash flexes in. Carbon should be stiff and light, the Caterham part seems to have forgotten the stiff bit.

    Combine, pics of the dash's are on the respective web sites. Just waiting some info back from Ultimate carbon.

    Cheers

    Thanks for that will have a look !

    You must be too quick Steve *tongue*

    Possibly ( not helpful when overtaking ! ). These mirrors where good when first fitted , they just seem to have had enough !

  10. Were do I get some mirrors that clamp to the cage as my present ones which are bolted to the brooklands frame band are rubbish , at speed they turn over and the left hand one has snapped off ! *eek*
