From the colour scheme looked like a Monaco.

You definitely saw me, I wasn’t in my Caterham, but in my “company” car making a lot of noise and in a rush as normal.

About 1:30pm you followed me down South Eden Park Road in a blue 160. I hope you were heading out for a blat somewhere, I was on my way to work

Green with a half hood on the back of a trailer 05:50 this morning heading down Beckenham Hill Rd towards Bromley Road.

I guess you were off for a track day or off racing somewhere.

Thank you both, I should have looked closer at archives.

As I have two left hands when it comes to spannering I'll be ringing Redline or Tech 7 for their assistance.

What is the recommended period to change the cambelt on a 1.8K Series.

Looking through my owners hand book it says 48,000 miles.

My service record shows it was done by the previous owner in 2012, at the time the car was 8 years old but had only done 4500 miles.

7 years later it's on 11000 miles.

 I'm guessing I need to get it done soon by virtue of age if not miles,am I right?

What else should I look to be getting done at same time, water pump?

Any and all advice welcome, thanks in advance.

Can't help with led bulbs, but type silver indicator bulbs into ebay or elsewhere and there's plenty of options.

I'd only popped out for a quick errand in Sutton at 10.30, but ended up watching the planes whilst enjoying a coffee at the cafe at Redhill Aerodrome.

Very basic question

I need to replace the windscreen wipers on my car.

Obviously I can get them directly from Caterham here

Would any other supplier sell a better quality version, or maybe at a lower cost, or is it that the wipers are manufactured by one supplier and just sold by different retailers?

I set a budget of 10k for my car.

With a bit of pistonheads style "man maths" ended up spending twice that.

SV 11 CAT and one other stuck in the traffic on Borough High Street 11.30ish last night.
