Four wheels and tyres to fit S3 De Dion.
The wheels are KN Minators 14" x 6" and are in reasonable condition with a bit of blistering here and there. They all have the metal centre caps.
The tyres are Yoko A032R SS compound and are on the wear bars but would be fine for a bit more fun on 'private land'.
All wheels / tyres hold pressure fine. Perfect as a second set for track days etc.
£140 for the set. Collection from Caterham, Surrey.

Not sure if anyone will be interested but I though I'd put them on here before throwing them out just in case.
4 qty Toyo R888 185/60/R14 tyres. Two are on the wear bars and the other two have a bit more life. Perfect for Dunsfold or similar. Both held pressure fine when last on the car.
Free for collection in Caterham.

Thanks for your reply Jonathan. I'll be getting it changed then :)
Cheers,

...do you change yours?
I had the cam belt changed as a precaution when I bought my 2000 S3 Seven in 2013 when it had 14k miles on it. Now, 5 years later, it's only done 22k miles.
I have a recollection that the cam belt should be changed every 5 years / 48k miles but is that over protective? Alternatively, is a change every 5 years a sensible move anyway because of the expensive outcome if it does decide to let go?
Thanks in advance.
Cheers,
Lee

Thanks for the replies :)
Looks like Acoustifil boa is on the list. How many do I need for a full change?
Thanks, Lee

One of my winter jobs is to re-pack the Seven's Powerspeed exhaust. It's the first time I have repacked an exhaust (well, since 2 stroke motorcyle days anyway) - what are the preferred packing materials please?
Thanks

We followed you for a few miles Eastbound on the A25 from Guildford in our light blue Honda Jazz.
Respect for having no hat in today's cold weather :)

Thanks for that
Looks like the green one is going back. I didn't ask for a specific one - just K series. Maybe the VVC one is different?
-
I noticed that the dipstick on my K series (2000 1.8 VVC with Apollo tank) was cracked so I popped into Redline to get another.
I went to put it inthis afternoon and noticed that the new one was about 2 cm longer.
Question is, does anyone know which one is correct please?
Thanks,
Lee
