Solid state Facet fuel pump, as used on carb cars. Condition not important so long as it works.
If you've gone from carbs to injection you've probably got one kicking around!

Put some double sided sticky tape, eg carpet tape, along or around the tubes. I won't last forever but is easy to replace and stops the foam sliding around. Gaffer tape is better than cable ties which can hurt your head or helmet but looks a bit unsightly.

Hi Roger
Do we know what range of frequencies we're talking about?
Another way of measuring a resonant frequency is by absorption, where a signal source, acoustic on this case, is put close to the item of interest and the frequency swept. The belt will vibrate when stimulated at its resonant frequency. A bit like an opera singer shattering a wine glass. (I suspect a baritone might be required in this case).
Probably impractical in reality but might be an amusing experiment.

there is a description of how to find the hole using a magnet and a picture of the bracket on the thread below
https://www.lotus7.club/forum/techtalk/drilling-fitting-front-exhaust-mount-k-series?page=2
and following pages. Sorry but can't help re thread.

I'd bet money on that noise being the wing resonating. If you tap the wing quite hard you'll get the same noise/pitch.
The video/audio clip is a bit short but it sounds as though the modulating frequency, rather than the pitch, drops as you slow down, which might suggest something rubbing the tyre tread.
I appreciate that the wheel and wing move together so the clearances shouldn't change with braking but check that there's nothing under the wing touching the tyre, like lump of Sikkaflex or similar that holds the wing on. Also check the brake hose movement. Mud flaps?

Well I'm delighted that you found it David although I can't see any fuses on the wiring diagram for the non JPE Vx engined cars other then those in the main fuse box. If it's only 15A I'm surprised that it cut off as much as it appears to have done.

As far as I'm aware the Vx engined car looms don't have a main fuse that would kill everything.
Do you still have lights?
Assuming the battery still has volts on its terminals I'd look for a corroded battery chassis connection that has 'fused'
You'll need a test meter to chase the volts along the loom until you find it.
If you don't have a wiring diagram the 95 build manual is available here.

I suspect the SBD manifold is the same casting for all variants with the flange machined to the angle required, hence the tapered face.
I also suspect that the SBD manifold, unlike the one made for Caterham, was made with Cavaliers etc in mind rather than 7s so are less likely to for quite so well. As said before, my Caterham manifold needed some serious work to get it to flow efficiently.
The Vibratech mounts that I used had a larger hole spacing so another chassis hole was required to mount it. My car was at Arch at the time so they drilled and sleeved the hole for me, brazing the sleeve in place to save crushing the chassis tube. Note that engine is attached with studs and nuts rather than bolts.
Following with interest.

I would guess that as a minimum the manifold for 48s would have had the ports opened up to match. Ultimate Performance said that the inside of the manifold was very restrictive but fortunately there was enough meat on the casting to open it up and achieve good gas flow.
BTW, if you don't have a copy of the Vx car build manual, the 1995 edition can be found here. It includes details of the Caterham dry sump which presumably your car has.

You might be right about the manifold rake but it's hard to be sure from the photos. I originally had 45mm Webers so maybe the 48 manifold is different.
Yes, it is a 2 litre and I did a lot of work on the engine with the help of SBD who supplied the bits and Simon Armstrong who gas flowed the head and manifold and machined the pistons. Our aim was to get maximum torque at the lower end of the rev range which is ideal for speed events, especially hills as you're more often than not making a series of slow starts rather than going flat out around a circuit. As well as rally cams we fitted a 4 into 2 into 1 exhaust system which helps bring the torque curve down the rev range, albeit sacrificing top end power which you don't really need. It was then mapped by the 2 Steves at Track N' Road.
