  1. Hi has anyone got the ARP code for these or the actual size/pitch of the bolts. I ve got a set here just want to make sure they fit. The code on the package is 200 -6210, 605 ARP, 2000 13pt rod bolt. 5/16 x 1.505 or poss 1.606, or a combo of those numerals i.e 506,505 etc

  2. Sigma Throttle bodies AT Power/ Hi Spec Engine

My original plan to buy a Sigma engined car and then upgrade has been foiled by be buying a duratec engined car instead so now  am looking to let the above items go for the right price. The throttle bodies are a work of art and details can be found at http://www.atpower.com/products/ford-sigmazetec-se-38mm they are currently attached to an engine in a sylva Riot so can be seen in use if needed. They can come complete with throttle sensors etc and airfilter should give 150bhp to a standard Sigma but correct me if you think this is optimistic. I have also got a specialised engines typhoon ecu to go with the TBS but may keep this as it's transferrable to the duratec.
The engine again, Hi spec, consisting of base sigma with PEC steel rods, bock bored to suit new Supertech pistons pocketed to suit valves/lift, reground crank with with competition bearings all balanced. Head has been modified and ported and came from Paul Collingwood, I believe his uncle is an engine tuner so he carried out the work. The head has Paul Ivey stainless oversize valves, max size for a Sigma, with competition springs, mid range cams. All been rebuilt with new gaskets etc and sealed since collected.Paul Collingwoods engine of a lesser spec fitted with the same throttle bodies but standard valve head can be seen at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rOdwjYP3rnk. This engine in the video had a small amount of headwork with very mild cams, work carried out by the same tuner, showing 197bhp on the dyno. The engine I am selling is going to be an even bigger improvment on this.

Also got a standard zetec se with 5000 miles in the car so can be tested and also a set of arp rod bolts for a sigma and some other sigma bits and pieces( standard bits)

I know we are supposed to list with prices but difficult, I am assuming the engine is going to be over 200bhp , similar spec from Premier is a frightening price. Could be an easy upgrade for someone with a car with the 140/150 tb upgrade from Caterham. The invoice for the tbs and ecu was £2173.00 and comes with everything Sigma specific, i.e. loom , sensors etc. If interested I can send photos through whatsapp etc.

  3. Hi, just wondering whats the best value upgrade, got non adjustable bilsteins so would have to buy an adjustable mount kit before flat flooring/set up so is it better just to bite the bullet and change? Meteor are close by so would be an easy option. Thanks in advance.

  4. Hi, if you are coming anywhere near SA12 9UR, you are quite welcome to use of trolley jack tools etc. Also if you need parts delivered use my address. If you do get a part number there are plenty of factors local to me. Also, if youre stuck I ve got a set of new pads in a set of M16 calipers that are off the car.
