Is there a better product around than the standard Caterham drop link ball joints for Imperial cars? Mine need replacing and I would like to fit a better product, preferably stainless and sealed for life, if such a thing exists.

Can anyone tell me if there is a visual difference between the Imperial and Metric versions please? 

The normal PCD for these would be 108mm. If you still have these would you please check as I am interested, but being 200 miles away I want to be sure!?

I would like to fit 15" Minilites to my 2005 SV. I wonder if anyone has done this and might have a photo? I am struggling to find these in the right width and offset and any advice on sizes and sources would be appreciated. I would like to fill out the rear arches but am conscious of the limited space at the front as I have minimal clearance between the mudguard brackets and tyres.

I have searched the site and Google for a clear article on relocating the pedals. My car is a 2005 SV with a cable clutch. Can anyone point me in the right direction please? I have found plenty concerning the brake master cylinder, a few scraps concerning the accelerator pedal, but nothing on cable clutches. Thanks

Would be interested in a manifold as above, for an SV, ideally to connect to existing pipe/silencer/cat, having shortened the pipe!

The driver's headrest on my 2005 SV needs new foam as it is currently held together with tape. I am wondering if anyone has found a source for the pre-cut foam insert, as I see that Caterham don't list it.

Problem solved. PTFE tape is wonderful in a crisis! There is no actual thread on the rod so I drilled the button to just fit over it then added a bit of PTFE.

Yes, but failing all else I might still need the existing button! I shall experiment

I have unscrewed the existing button but there is no means of measuring what thread, if any, is inside. Further investigation suggests it may just be an interference fit which is OK in plastic but not in aluminium. My current thinking is to make a plastic insert for the aluminium button.

Does anyone know what thread is used inside the handbrake button on a 2005 SV ? I am not sure of the handbrake origin but suspect it uses an imperial thread. It is certainly not M4 or M5, but having tried every possible Imperial thread I have drawn a blank. My reason for asking? I have machined a new button that just needs drilling and the appropriate thread cutting! It is impossible to access the thread of the rod inside the handbrake so I am unable to measure this either. Frustrating!
