Could they be repainted? How did the paint job last - thinking of a "normal" yellow as in BRG to match my nose cone.

I'd go for the 244 - if well set up they are just as nice as 234 engines.

going 3d ignition helps massively too.

Out of interest what do you expect a tweaked Duratec to costs, ie dry sump, ported head, big valves, billet rods and crank (to rev somewhere silly) but with some reasonable cams to make it an interesting but liveable drive, oh and what would it do BHP wise?
