Hi all 

Does anyone know what the clutch fork is off, or part number please. (hoping to get from a local parts supplier if its a standard off the shelf part.) The car is currently on a friends ramp part dismantled ready for the engine out for a new clutch and we noticed the clutch fork is cracked!

It's a wet sump SLR- k series with the Caterham 6 speed box. 

Any help would be great please. 

(Will give Chris at redline a bell in the morning, but hoping to get the engine out clutch done and back in tomorrow, hence if its a standard part I may be able to source locally)

Hi all 

I've just inherited my dad's SLR (K series VHPD), and looking to do an oil change, however im unsure of what oil to use, (e.g 5/30 10/40 etc). I'm fine with doing the actual oil change and the amount needed but can't remember the oil type to use.  

Any recommendation are much appreciated

After a small miss hap when pulling the 7 out of the garage this morning, I ended up cracking the rear Carbon fibre wing. The crack is on the outer edge of the wing TDC about 2 inches long. ☹️

I am thinking (hoping) that I can repair from underneath the wing to strengthen it, has anyone used any kind of carbon fibre repair kits/resin; any recommendations of which to use and where to get it from would be great please.

Hopefully I will not have to buy a new one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oh have you tried putting two wheel nuts back in and then putting a bar through onto the ground then undo the nut (not pushin the car up)

It wasn't me in the golf, was in a people carrier, i didnt see you until last minute.

most likely to see you again in the new year if your at oulton again, we are there most weekends during the year, weather permitting. Theres a small local gathering of 7s there in the summer.
