I'm looking for a pair of 8" wide 8 spoke 13" wheels.
Condition is really not important as I'll be getting them powder coated. i may consider damaged ones as long as it's not too bad.
I'll consider with and without tyres.
-
Hi Oliver, thanks for your message. They are available. I'll send you my details.
-
Hi guys,
I have a pair of these that I never got around to fitting.
I trial fitted them and found them too tight with the powder coat to slot straight in so I gave up.
I've pre drilled the underside to take the wires as per the original brackets.
£25 plus postage?
I'm just outside Norwich if anyone want to collect them.

Hi All,
I've recent had work carried out on my Caterham by Alpha 7 in Hingham and they have been fantastic so I thought i'd return the favour and organise a local meet at their unit.
I'm heading over there on Saturday morning 22nd April to pick up my car, they have said it'd be great if a few of you could make it over too.
Anyone free and fancy a drive out?
Nothing has been set in terms of timing, I guess 11am would be good for all.
Rob

That's a great suggestion, thanks.

Hi all, thanks for your comments. I'll get in touch with redline and get the parts on order.
-
Sounds good, do you just bleed out all the old fluid the top up the reservoir?
-
Hi All,
I've had a look but can't find the info I need. I would appreciate it someone could point me in the right direction for part numbers or best place to buy disks and pads for my caterham.
I've been mainly using the car on the road, but have recently tried it on track and love it. My intention is to do 10-12 track days per year.
My car has solid disks front and rear, I'll do the fronts first, then the rears in a month or two.
I'll be carrying out a fluid change too, what's a good fluid to use.
Thanks in advance,
Rob

Hi
im considering selling my caterham and it maybe of interest.
It’s an S3 Supersport 1.6 sigma first registered on the March 2010 on a 10 plate. It has had 5 former keepers.
The mileage of 11,200 may go up a bit when the sun shines again.
It’s had a full service including ‘complete spanner check’ at team Leo’s Caterham specialist in September last year. I had a new radiator, cambelt, water pump, aux belt and tensioners. New rear A frame, reverse switch etc., the bill was almost £2k!
Leather Seats
Momo Quick Release (Removable) Steering Wheel
Caterham Fully Adjustable 4 Point Harnesses
Supersport engine upgrade to 140bhp fitted
at Caterham with custom tune by Luke Steven’s
Recent new standard battery
Mot until late July 2023
Bilstein Shock Absorbers all round on adjustable platforms.
Rear anti roll bar with new drop links

The wheels have just been powder coated bright silver chrome. I have 5 matching 6” 8 spoke wheels, one with a new tyre. All tyres are Yokohama A539. Ideal for road.

I'm looking to replace my 7" ones with some of the slightly smaller ones.
The closer to Norfolk the better but I'm happy to pay postage.
Thanks

Decided not to sell

Hi Chris, i have a new pair gathering dust. If you can collect them i'll accept £180. I'm in Norwich
-
All sorted now thanks to Mike.
-
Thanks James, I'll keep an eye on how much is being lost and make a call based on that.
it sounds like I'm not alone with this issue which is comforting.
-
Thanks, that's a really useful link.
is the car safe to drive or is a small leak likely to turn into a big hole?
-
I'm looking to try a 280mm steering wheel on my Caterham rather than the 260mm one I have fitted.
has anyone got a nice mono one with center pad that they'd like to sell?
-
I've recently purchased a sigma engined caterham and have noticed a small leak from the radiator.
it only appears to leak when driving as it's not leaking onto the garage floor.
there only seems to be a small leak at the bottom right closest to the engine when viewed from the front. It doesn't seem to loose much fluid but you can smell it after an enthusiastic drive.
The radiator is black with aluminium top and bottom sections?
any help or suggestions of how to repair or replace would be appreciated.

Thanks for your replies, It's really in great condition, the engine is strong and starts first time every time.
I have lots of photos I can share either by email or WhatsApp.
