  1. Had the same thing on my 420 and now my 620.

I kept having to remove the wheel and pop it back into alignment.

I have it booked into Caterham for replacement shaft under warranty and I hear there was a dodgy batch!

Caterham do not recommend welding it or bonding it.

It will eventually sheer the nylon locking nut and maybe the ruin the sensor.

It is a pain when you keep losing the odemeter every time the wheels spin too fast and you have to use a gps app as your speedo.

  2. I had a kangaroo experience with the 620

Solution was check and replace the Lambda sensor that is screwed into the exhaust (was pretty coked up at only 3000mls)!

Also found some loose bolts on the supercharger manifold (this could affect the idle).(in your case Plenum or vacuum leaks)?

Runs sweet as a nut now :)

Also easymap showed i couldn't get full throttle so adjusted.

  3. Replaced the Lambda sensor today and the old one was pretty coked up so will see if tomorrows run yields better results.

I've booked it in with LSD just to observe the settings tps etc

I agree the cooling system is just to cool for anything other than track or a day with 19c plus air temps.

    a load of tuition

    cooling system upgrade

    ecu and remap upgrade

    sadev and paddle shift upgrade

    suspension upgrade

    a few more carbon upgrades

    maybe some new wheels

    happy days!
