The spacer is simply a 3mm thick strip of ally 75mm long by 21mm wide with 2 x 13mm holes in it.
If you have got any scrap ally lying about it is cheaper and quicker to make your own.

Thanks for the info. I would never of found it there.

Is this something that is available from cc online parts. I have searched but am unable to find it.

There is a video on caterham parts website showing the new rear light upgrade procedure. It shows the conections for the standard numberplate light. It could be worth you watching it.

I am also one of those who bought a whole new open assembly from caterham and had the SPC fitted to it . The car will be put back on the road on Thursday and will give it a good test. Im not sure whether to keep my old diff as a spare or sell it on, I removed the backplate and crownwheel & pinion look to be ok.

Thanks for the guide. That's how I was hoping to do it but was a bit worried by the mention of hub nuts. The new diff has come in a cage so will probably remove old diff with cage. I was thinking of removing the alloy shelf bar and packing it up a bit as it is in contact with the diff.

Im just about to start my bmw diff removal, what is the recommended way to remove drive shafts. Do you just remove 4 bolts holding the hubs to the ears. Sorry if this seems a stupid question but am new to caterham maintenance and welcome any advice from more experienced owners

Mine is a 2017 620S and is definitely a BMW Diff
-
No the 620R uses the Ford diff, the 620S uses the BMW diff.

Just checked the diff on my 2017 620s and have no measurable preload at all after 6000 miles and only 2 track days. The diff has been noisy from day one but i was advised that they were all like this ? Car has been routinely serviced by dealer. I have now ordered a new open BMW diff and will have a Tracksport unit fitted by SP Components. I will update blatchat after I swap the diffs over. Im hoping for a big improvement over the Titan rubbish.

I have now done about 500 miles on my new Tracksport Diff installed in a new BMW open Dif.
It is performing well so far with no banging in 620s with 347bhp.
