head light wiring hole in upper front wishbone mount

Would anyone be able to tell me what size the hole is here please?

I am fitting the later type headlight brackets with new 5.75" bowls and the Ebay Cafe racer lamps, and my Imperial chassis has not got these holes.

I would like to make them the same size as factory if possible but need to order the correct size punch and die tool if I can get that in instead of a drill.
