Roger Ford
Y69 YBP is a green Kawasaki, last taxed in 2004. Next attempt?
Dannyboy
? What are you trying to find Roger? It won't show up on DVLA as Simon has put his own plate on the car
Roger Ford
I'm trying to find whether it's ULEZ compliant and therefore can be be driven in outer London. It's unlikely, but possible.DVLA should know about it, regardless of personal plate, if it has a valid V5.
Dannyboy
Why? It's not for sale and unlikely to be for the foreseeable future.
Dannyboy
And no, it's not ULEZ compliant.
Roger Ford
Ah, my mistake, it's an old thread revived. I thought it was for sale. Been wasting my time it seems.
DirtBuddha
Well, if it does come up for sale soon I'd love to buy it, as I'm on the hunt for a Bike-Engined Caterham.I had some pax laps at Castle Combe in a bike-engined 'Asbo' (an Ariel Atom-type home brew car) earlier this month. It was astonishing... absolutely brutal, in a massive grin-inducing way! I haven't been able to get it out of my mind since and have been browsing everything that's currently for sale. However most Seven-type BEC's are MK Indy's, Westfield's, MNR Vortx's etc. MK Indy seem to be on the rise as a company these days though.. and their RLM 200 Cup model looks absolutely wicked (although far too expensive for me). SimonRHC
Yeah, I changed the plate. It only cost £80.Sorry, i hope to keep this R1 for a long time.Maybe I'll hit 70 years young and decide i want to spend 6 months touring. I guess by then it will have made me deaf so it won't matter...
SimonRHC
The hybrid question is interesting. I've been trying to find the rules about how far a car has to drive on electric to be classified as a hybred. It could give small manufacturers and ICE a stay of execution until 2035.Hi-caps and a motor-in-flywheel.I think Lamborghini are onto something... Any one know how far?
