k.russell Posted August 16, 2014 Author Share Posted August 16, 2014 Mark, you just need a helmet, covered arms & legs, I am guessing your seven has a roll over bar. We walk the track and then have individual runs of two laps, one at a time. You are free to run laps whenever you want throughout the day, except for an hour at lunch. We can run 10am through to 5pm.
