Proxy spot - big group of Sevens at Calais this morning

Proxy spot by fellow Blatchatter JDW7 in a rather wet Calais this morning - a large group of about 14 Sevens getting of a ferry at about 8.30 today. Didn't get details of all of them but couple of reg. Nos were FH?? NJJ and M??? MPU. Where were you lot all off to? 😬

Hi Caroline,

 

This was the Kent Sevens Bonjour Blat down to Le Touquet for lunch and back again on 7pm ferry. I reckon we had a good 140 mile blat on some on Pas de Calais' 'D' roads during the day.

 

Fortunately the weather dried up over the Channel just after the morning coffee break and some 'spirited' driving was enjoyed by all

Hi Aeroscreens, *wavey*I was the originator of the proxy spot. Sorry I was not able to stop as I was trying to rendezvous with my fellow cyclists. We cycled to St Omer. Great weekend with out rain. Your blat sounds fun too. Though some of the D roads have a lot of pot holes.
