12 days to go *eek* Just updated my Just Giving page with what I'm doing!

 

I've managed to get my heart rate down from my earlier (embarrassing) efforts but am now reducing the regularity of my runs now to avoid injuring myself ahead of the big day.

 

Still, managed a full 10 miles on the cross trainer the other day! Shame it's so much easier than a proper run 😔 None the less, had it on quite a high setting and did it in an hour and a half. I'm going to pretend that's good *tongue*
