Here is a link to my blog - I built the car in Feb-2014 and I hope the blog is of interest (and help) to those of you who are either in the process of deciding to buy a kit or are in the exciting, daunting, irritating, and satisfying building stage.

Many thanks for posting the link. It looks like a good read/browse! By the way, what did the Race Deck flooring cost per metre..? Can't find a price on their website.

Hi Ned,

I think it was a cost per tile which was around £3.30+VAT per tile, and each tile is around 12 inches / 30cm square.
I had a number of samples of other products from alternate suppliers, and the Race Deck was definitely the best quality.

Cheers - it wasn't easy, but well worth the hassle.

Great fun looking back on it all, and the handling / performance and general driving experiences, all make up for the issues in the end.
