Setting camber and tracking

I have just changed the top link and anti roll bar on my live axle car. I now have adjustable camber angle options. What is the best way to set up the castor angle and tracking? Is there a way to set the castor in the garage ie. with known square edge and then get the traccking done at a garage, or is it best to have a garage do the whole lot? What type of garage will have the equipment to measure the castor.

Are you confusing Camber settings (the angle the tyre makes with the road when viewed from the front of the car) with castor (an entirely different thing) ?
