Wondering if there a particular specification of Minator that I should be looking for?

A search of TT seems to suggest that sometimes they fit, sometimes they don’t and need spacers. Can anyone advise?

Lookign for a set of 13" x 6" wheels to fit a 1998 Superlight with vented discs. Build sheet says they are uprated front and rear brakes. Callipers are Caterham black callipers

TIA

I've got 13" Minators and big brakes on my 98 Roadsport and they fit fine. The only issue is you have to be careful where the weights are put when the wheels are balanced, or they jam under the caliper.

The Caterham ones fit ok, but Caterham won't tell you the offset, as its privaliged info (or so they told me a couple of weeks ago, when I asked the question).

George Polley sells KN's with correct offset, I believe Caterhams are ET 24.

Polley recommends ET18 front and 24 for rears on Compomotive ML's and CXR's

When you buy, specify they are for a caterham.

Not sure if Tyresave are any cheaper than polley for the wheels?

Not all minator style wheels fit over big brakes. However its easily cured with soem wheel spacers if you do have a problem

Seems then that 'Caterham spec' Minators will always fit, but other Minators, plus Minator-style wheels may not.

Guess i'll just have to try a few on for size rather than buy off Ebay!

Thanks all.
