I did the seals on my G33 diff which is virtually identical to the Caterham unit. From memory the seals are prised out from the outside. I used a tyre lever to remove mine. I turned up a plastic drift to make sure they went back in straight again. The Ford part number is written in incredibly small writing inside the seal. I ordered mine thru halfrauds who had them in the next day.

 

I should have said. I'm assuming that this is a Caterham we're talking about ? If it is'nt & you've got bolted driving flanges that connect up to the driveshafts you'll have to remove these first. If this is the case, undo the cover off the back of the diff, pop the circlips off the ends of the splined shafts allowing them to be removed. Then attack the seals 😬
