Area Representative Richard Price Posted January 10, 2006 Area Representative Share Posted January 10, 2006 Martin, Look here. I think this is from last years Blue book, but I don't think there is any significant change for non international events. Section 9 and 10 cover overalls and helmets respectively. As covered else where, the fit and comfort of your helmet is very important. I always where a nomex balaclava, which helps to keep my helmet clean and fresh, but I need a slightly bigger helmet than I would otherwise need. If you plan to wear a balaclava, buy one first! Don't be tempted to buy overalls that are too tight - make sure you've got plenty of room to move comfortably when strapped into the car.
Mark Durrant
Martin Go and pay Kipper Junior a visit on the Grand Prix Raceware stand. He knows the regs and if you ask him nicely he might even give you a discount Mark D Comp Sec
