heavenly7
The car is a 1.6K with DVA conversion including Jenvey throttle bodies and Emerald ECU. The car has been rolling roaded and runs brilliantly. Caterham big race exhaust with cat. fitted. The car failed first MOT on emmisions. At idle the lamda sensor is indicating very rich (half way into the green bars). Backing off the fuel brings the lamda readings into lean. Should this solve the MOT problem and is it usual to find after setting up on a rolling road for maximium performance the mixture will be set unacceptably rich from an MOT point of view?
