jwyatt
I have never used ACB10's but have heard loads of good things about them in terms of feel and grip. And they are even lighter than CR500's (I put light weight primarily down to why I massively prefer the feel of CR500's to Yoko 32's). So then, a plan for whatever Caterham I buy shortly. What about using ACB10's on track, and CR500's on road/wet tracks. A major benefit of this is that ACB10's, being crossplies, require minimal negative camber, so the setup for road and wet track use (on the CR500's) will be far better. Big negative camber doesn't seem to help road manners one bit, even on radial tyres... Good plan? Anyone know if 0.75-1 degree neg camber (front) is sufficient for ACB10's on track? Mark Durrant
I use ACB10's on track and radials on the road with a negative camber setting of 0.5 degrees. The ACB10's are great on track and the radials work well on the road with the same settings. I would recommend it .
