RESOLVIWOLF
i notice that the Mog Rial front rims only come in 7,0" x 13" whereas teh original Mike Barmby rims were i think 6.5 x 13 will this be ok .... presumably it will just stretch the tyre bit. Just wondering what people who have pre-oredred these rims have actually ordered ?

Irrelevant
Just a little non-critical reminder that it is best to answer questions via the forum rather than emailing who ever raised the question. IMO there are 2 major reasons for this: 1. An answer posted on the forums can benefit many people, not just the person who's emailed an answer. 2. An answer to a posted question may be ill-advised. By posting the answer to the forum, it can be scriutinised by the entire community. If it's emailed direct to whoever asked the question, they could act on bad advice, which could result in anything. Now I don't know what Marius mailed Jackal about, but if it was an answer to Jackal's question, I'd be interested in the answer as well. Marius
Alright then. I´ve ordered a set of 7" and 10" wheels because I´ll be using them with huge Michelin F3 slicks. I´ll keep my MAG-wheels in 6.5" & 8.5" though and don´t think that it´ll make a difference when fitting the ACB10 onto the 7" instead of 6.5". Avon should know best about this but I can´t see a problem so far. Marius
Irrelevant
Well I'd have thought, it depends how the extra half inch -(what's that, 13mm in new money?) is distributed on the rim. Isn't the important thing where the extended kingpin inclination ,meets the center of the tyre contact area? If all the extra half inch of the wider wheel is on the inner or outer rim, it will surely change the steering's feel. If the additional half inch it's equally dispersed on either side of the wheel, I wouldn't have thought it changed things much apart from stiffening the side walls by splaying the tyre out an extra half inch - a good think IMO. What offset are the 7" alloys? J351 TPE . . . battered old X/Flow
