CR500 / ACB 10's for 15 inch wheels

OK, it might seem to be a silly question, but I've found out from the Avon website (tyres not cosmetics) that you can get 195/45 - 15 ACB 10's the question now is FROM WHO? and has anybody any advice about these for 15 inch rims as most of the info I can find is all about the 13inch tyres?

 

And whilst I'm on, where is the best place to get 195/45 - 15 CR500's from (I'm in East Sussex)
