Int Wiper unit

Has anyone fitted one of Caterham's intermittent wiper unit's to their car?

 

Mine turned up today and I have found out that the fly leads on it have different

pins to the loom plug/wiper motor plug. (new unit round plugs/existing leads flat)

 

I rang Caterham and the response was cut the plugs off......hmmph !

 

I notice that one of the plugs has 5 leads - the other 4 - a blue lead is extra.

 

Whats going on? (and any suggestions as to neatest way to fit it)
