What kind of conrod is this?

Fitted to a 1987 BDR Cosworth in 1987.

Look like standard rods (probably 711m), but polished on the flanks. And with better bolts fitted (Cosworth, ARP, can't be certain)

Yes 711M Block, engine from Cosworth.

If it is a Caterham supplied BDR, they would have been standard 711m spec rods iirc. Good for about 6500 revs. Mine had three like that and one with a bit of a kink in it! Went steel after that.

Yes she does 7,000 easily and as that's max on the rev counter I never go above that.

She was bought CKD and engine from Cosworth, he told me. 20 years ago now.
