Dwr Cymru Welsh Water have informed swansea Motor Club that the llys-y-fran Site will close early in 2018 for a year in order for them to erect new buildings at the top end of the site, The expect to reopen in April 2019. This means that there will be no hillclimb events at the venue in 2018.
