Help with tuning the starting map via online broadband hookup

I have a problem with the start up profile on my seven. The local tuners cant tune for drivability .... they all make great numbers of max output for bar room talk but fail to make it drivable in the lower speed sections.

The map has been trimmed after the temp sender output was found to be wrong. This has been replaced and the sender is now working. so the map needs tweeking at the cold start end. 

Its an EMS which I regret letting a muppet install and subsequently make a hash of the maps.
