There is a very cheap and easy alternative using a bit of plastic pipe . It's a Roger Heally special and works a treat

Just wanted to do a quick BTTT on this thread. The first heel and toe extensions have been fabricated and will be posted out soon. I have just posted 2 pictures of the end result in the bulk buy thread.

More orders are beign taken if this is of interest to anyone else.
