I've just replaced my ageing Superlight R starter motor with a WOSP unit, if anyone wants the original unit they're welcome to it. It's the version with the solenoid on the underside and as far as I'm aware the solenoid is fine, certainly no issues there.

It could be rebuilt or used as is. I was starting to find it temperamental though, sometime spinning up fine sometimes didn't really want to know, but my car's a high power 1900K so cranking might be an issue for anything less than optimum. It's only failed on me half a dozen times, but twice at the 60th including the moment we were about to leave the grid formation ... plain embarrassing!

I can be at MADS / LADS / Cheshire over the next month or could send by GONADS ... or at a push I can post it at cost.
