Sparco Racesuit

I know the Italians know a thing or two about tasty motors, but when it comes to colour schemes on Sparco racesuits..well.

 

I know I will now have to brace myself for a torrent of abuse, but what the hell...what I really want to know is can you still get hold of exclusive colour race suits.

 

I don't now where they can be obtained from, but at the Oct Cadwell Park track day, I spotted a rather dapper character in a lotus green suit.

 

Any ideas if these are still obtainable, save me from grey with yellow piping or sky blue and white.

The Demon Tweeks Bible says "avaiable in over 100 different colour combinations plus an infinative number of personal alterations using different colours on the piping". Also Sparco do a made to measure service ("suits you, sir"). Give DT a call (01978-664466).

Don't Caterham sell a race suit in Green? It's made by Stand21 I think.

The Caterham logo'd Stand 21 outfit is black - but Stand 21 do lots of other colours too - as do other racesuit makers

Stand21 do a bespoke service (I think). I have an OMP suit as it looked better value than the Sparco ones. I'm very happy with it, but then so are the many drivers who went for the Caterham Motorsport branded Stand21 suits in the Academy this year.

 

Roll on Autosport International, there's looooooooads there.
