Duratec Ignition Map

Hi there

I'm currently fine tuning my ignition and fuel maps on my car, I went the DIY route with an MS3 ECU, I've even got the launch control and flat shift set up.....

However, back to basics at present....the spec is:

- 2l Duratec (Standard internals) and raceline wet sump (Dry sump in the loft waiting for the next upgrate!)

- Standard R400 Exhaust

- Jenvey 45mm SFS throttle bodies 

Does anyone have an ignition map from a Duratec powered car that they are willing to share, I'm also looking for the dwell time that people have used for the coils (not COP, but the one that mounts on the water outlet).
