Is the cover one that allows for the hood sticks of a full hood or one that doesn't?

Alan, in answer to your question the boot cover is 5 years old but has been rolled in bubble wrap in a box in my (dehumidified) garage for 4 years. I replaced it with a a "low profile" carbon vinyl boot cover (the first one made by Thundesport) after I cut off the the hood sticks and brackets, after discovering what a useless piece of kit the full hood is!
